Danielle S. Budde, CFA is a partner at BBR Associates and specializes in M&A transactions and strategic alliances. Since 1998, she has developed her expertise in the cataloguing industry.

Her most recent transactions include the sale of English Gray and Osbourn to English N. Brown Group plc in July 2006, the sale of Milker & Grüning to US-based ISP Corporation in Februar 2006 and the sale of Milker Klebstoff GmbH to Planatol Klebetechnik in November 2005.

She also played a key role in the Swedish market entry by a German mail order house through cooperation with a third party.

Previously, Danielle worked in the corporate finance departments of Deutsche Bank and Banque Nationale de Paris in New York, where she spent a total of nine years. She is a CFA charterholder since 1996 and holds an MBA from Louisiana State University.
