BBR Associates successfully represented the interests of the shareholders of Keppler & Fremer GmbH in the sale of a majority stake to Wieland Capital GmbH & Co. KG, a private equity firm based in Munich.  The transaction closed on April 7, 2009.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Keppler & Fremer through its brand Remember www.remember.de is a vertically integrated multi-channel retailer of premium gifts and accessories for the home.

We originated the transaction, identified the buyer and advised the shareholders in the sale of the equity.
