BBR Associates advises shareholders of JAS AG in divestiture
BBR Associates successfully represented the interests of the shareholders
of JAS AG, a Swiss specialist for corporate fashion in the sale of 100% of the
equity to LH Dienstbekleidungs GmbH, one of the largest work wear service
providers in Germany.  The transaction closed on October 1, 2008.

We originated the transaction, identified the buyer and advised the
shareholders in the sale of the equity.
